In-Stock Items: For items that are in stock and available for immediate shipment, orders will typically be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Ordered Items: For items available for pre-order, please note that these items are not currently in stock and will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. Pre-ordered items typically have a processing time of 25-28 business days before they are transported to our locations. Additionally, please allow an estimated shipping time of 2-4 days from the date we receive your item to delivery to your location. So in other words it will take 5-6 weeks to receive your item if it is pre-ordered.

Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, please note that your order will be held until all items are available for shipment. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
